“We are a farmhouse not a restaurant”, and we like to say this and also with a touch of pride. Our cuisine lives in symbiosis with the rhythms of nature and with the rhythms of the farmers, who every month suggest us the shopping to be done from their gardens. The dishes offered change often, at least every two weeks to give more space to seasonal products.

It seems like a risky choice, which perhaps risks leaving the client used to wandering among many proposals a little displaced, but it is precisely here that we want to make a difference. Whoever decides to come to the Mas dei Chini we want him to live “an experience of taste” by taking back the pleasure of “feeling” the flavors, of recognizing them as well as discovering new ones in all their simple genuineness.
The cuisine of our chef Burba does not want to be a gourmet, revisited, nouvelle, or any other chic adjective but which does not always satisfy. His cooking style is a simple kitchen, which does not mean trivial or obvious, simple in its essence not to create artifices but to enhance the already quality product.
